We mill the crease channels directly into a steel plate on a precision CNC machine, instead of conventional pertinax, for lines that run non-stop.

How long does it take to make a die?
It depends on the die's size, complexity and rule count. We confirm an exact delivery date with your quote, after reviewing the drawing.
What files do you need?
DXF, DWG, AI or PDF at 1:1 scale in millimetres, with cut and crease lines in different colours. Alternatively, send us a finished box sample.
Do you make rotary dies?
Yes. We cut curved boards on rotary CNC for diameters up to 800 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm, and bend 4-point rules automatically.
Do you offer die maintenance and re-ruling?
Yes. We replace worn rules and ejection rubber and re-rule existing dies. Send us a photo of the die or bring it to the plant for inspection.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
Yes, we deliver across Saudi Arabia. Delivery cost and timing are stated in your quote.
